In-line production
- Turnkey skid mounted in-line mayonnaise emulsifying system.
- Suitable for producing any kind of emulsified sauce or dressing.
- Single pass inline emulsifying.

- Full fat mayonnaise 75 – 80% oil
- Starch based low fat mayonnaise

Batch production
